JUDGE JOSEPH HOLT HOME - Restoration and Renovation

The Breckinridge County Fiscal Court is requesting sealed bids for the Phase II Restoration of the historic Judge Joseph Holt Home, 6205 Highway 144, Hardinsburg, KY 40143.  Bids will be received by the Breckinridge County Fiscal Court, 208 South Main Street, Hardinsburg, KY 40143 Attn: Kathina Bell, until 1:00 pm CST on Wednesday, April 17, 2019 at which point bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Breckinridge County Fiscal Courtroom at 1:15 pm CST.

Bidding contractors must be previously qualified as having historic preservation experience and bidders without this qualification will not be considered.  The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality.  KYTC Contractor Prequalification requirements for this project have been waived. All Qualified prime bidders are required to attend a mandatory Pre-bid Meeting.  The Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) goal for this contract is 8% and Bid must be accompanied by five percent (5%) Bid Security.
