Business Licenses

While Breckinridge County does not issue business licenses, each of the three cities does require them within the city limits. Click the links below for more information.

County Licenses

Breckinridge County does require a special license for the following types of business or products: Ice cream, Soft Drinks, Restaurants, Tobacco Products, Pool Tables, and Movie Theaters

Alcohol

Breckinridge County and all three cities have licenses and fees associated with the sale of alcoholic beverages. Please contact ABC Coordinator Andrew Adkins at 270-580-4780 or the respective city hall to learn more.
